My Arms Big Adventure Quest Guide – Old School RuneScape
The My Arms Big Adventure quest in Old School RuneScape is a medium-difficulty quest with valuable rewards, including 10,000 Herblore XP, 5,000 Farming XP, access to a disease-free herb patch at the top of the Troll Stronghold, and one quest point. Before starting, you must have completed Edgar's Ruse, The Feud, and Jungle Potion quests. Additionally, a minimum of 60% Tyro 1A village favor is required, though it’s recommended to achieve 100% favor beforehand to ensure a smooth quest experience, particularly for completing a medium Kurama diary task. If you find yourself short on coins or supplies during preparation, many players choose to buy OSRS gold to speed up the process and focus on the quest itself.

Preparation Notes:

Getting to the Quest Start
For players with Trollheim teleports, teleport to the top of Trollheim Mountain and run west down the agility shortcuts (41–47 Agility). Enter Troll Stronghold West, then run north and up the ramp into the cave. Climb down the stone staircase to reach the Troll Kitchen, the official quest start.
Without Trollheim teleports, make your way to the Fmanic Slayer Cave via a fairy ring or Camelot teleport. Navigate north, climb rocks with your climbing boots, and enter the secret door leading to the Troll Kitchen.
Once at the kitchen, speak to Burnt Meat to officially start the quest. This triggers a cutscene introducing the quest objectives.
Quest Walkthrough
· Helping My Arm Grow Gout Weed:
o Talk to My Arm near the goat pen.
o Teleport to Berthorp, then head northwest to the danger sign. Activate Protect from Ranged and cross the Death Plateau to reach a hut with a cooking pot. Collect an empty bucket and use it on the cooking pot to obtain a gout weed lump. Avoid thrown rocks by moving southeast.
· Returning to Troll Stronghold:
o Run northeast, climb rocks, and navigate through the secret door to reach My Arm. He will consume the gout weed lump and request help growing more.
· Preparing the Farming Patch:
o Use your three Ukanki dung on the soil patch, followed by seven super composts. Talk to My Arm and follow the cutscene to plant the gout weed using your seed dibber.
Boss Fights
Two birds threaten your gout weed:
· First Bird: Level 72, easy to defeat. Attack it and safe spot behind rocks.
· Giant Rock (Level 172):
o Activate Protect from Ranged and stand north of the patch to block melee attacks.
o The boss has a 35% air spell weakness; magic is the recommended attack style.
o Watch for its wind gust attack. Position against rocks to mitigate pushback while moving between attacks to minimize damage from boulders.
Bring runes for 200 casts of your strongest air spell, and keep extra food in your bank for replenishing during the fight.
Completing the Quest
After defeating the giant bird, talk to My Arm, then use your spade to hand him the gout weed for harvesting. Return to the Troll Kitchen, speak with Burnt Meat for a final cutscene, and climb the rooftop ladder back to My Arm for the conclusion.
